Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the receipt of payment verification.
For local (The Bahamas) and Jamaican orders, please note that we follow the official Bahamian schedule of holidays.
Once an order is shipped and with the courier, we cannot assume responsibility for unexpected shipping delays caused by the courier or the weather. In the event that your shipment is delayed after shipping, please contact the courier directly for further assistance.
Local (Nassau, Bahamas) orders: $10 USD
This is a flat rate fee. All local orders are delivered directly to you and arrive the next business day.
Family Island (The Bahamas) orders: $15 USD
This fee is variable depending on the size of your package. All inter-island orders are sent via cargo or mailboat and should arrive to you within 1-3 business days. For islands that have less frequent cargo services, your order will be sent with the next available cargo service. We recommend that you place your order to align with the schedule of the cargo services.
Once it is available, we will provide you with a schedule for all cargo services throughout The Bahamas.
Jamaica: $35 USD
This fee is variable depending on the size of your package. We will work with regional cargo services to get the best price option for you. Your order should arrive to you within 5-7 days of shipping.
You will be responsible for paying all taxes and duties that are levied at your country's borders.
At this time, tracking information is not available for Family Island (The Bahamas) orders. Tracking is available for Jamaica-bound orders. You will receive tracking information on the day that we ship your order. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
When estimating the arrival date of your package, please be sure to exclude the 1-3 business day processing time. Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is received.
We will only ship to the address that you provide during the checkout process. Addresses are not entered manually but are sent to the shipping database where they are automatically entered based on the information that you provided. Therefore, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are shipped to the wrong address due to your misinformation.
If an address error is made, please email House of Hanna at info@thehohboutique.com within 5 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.
A reshipment fee of $15 USD applies to any order that is sent to an incorrect address due to your misinformation. This fee is separate from the cost of shipping.
Once the item is shipped we cannot make changes to the shipping address. In the event that you must make any changes, please contact the courier directly. There is no guarantee that they will be able to accommodate you.
If your tracking information states delivered and you believe this is an error, please notify us right away. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue. In the event that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the courier directly.
