We do our best to ensure that you love your purchase(s) but we understand that sometimes things change. If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 15 days of final delivery.

At this time, we do not issue cash refunds. Instead, we offer store credits excluding delivery cost. Store credits expire after 6 months from the original purchase date.
While we would like to offer cash refunds to every customer, we are unable to accommodate this at the time and look forward to doing so in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
Please ensure that you send all return packages with a courier that provides tracking information (proof of postage) and insures your package. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit.
Please allow up to 10 days from the time that we receive your return for it to be processed.
We reserve the right to return orders to customers whose returns and exchanges are sent after the 15-day window has closed.
To exchange your order, simply place a new order. Once you placed your new order, follow the procedures above to ensure that your credit is processed.
We understand that you may change your mind about something you bought online. This is why we allow you up to 12 hours after placing your order to cancel.
If an order is undeliverable for any reason, it will be held by the courier for a limited period of time until it can be redelivered or collected. Undeliverable orders that are not delivered or collected within a specific period will be returned to House of Hanna. These orders will be refunded automatically and returned to stock. You will be notified via email of the refund once it is processed.
